Bigwim Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

Terms & Conditions Bigwim constitutes a legal agreement between (https://bigwim.ws) and its users. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the Bigwim platform, you are fully agreeing to these terms.

Bigwim is an online betting and gaming platform offering Sports Betting, casino games, live gaming, and related services to users in Bangladesh and other select regions.

• Registering with false information will result in permanent account closure.
• Each individual may operate only one account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact Bigwim Support immediately.

KYC Verification Process

Bigwim conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to ensure secure transactions and prevent fraud. If a withdrawal limit is exceeded, or if Bigwim deems it necessary, any one of the following documents may be requested:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Recent utility bill (as proof of address)

Bigwim reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until KYC verification is complete.

Account Inactivity

An account with no transactions for 12 consecutive months will be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to such accounts. To reactivate an inactive account, please contact support.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Bigwim sends a confirmation message once a bet is accepted. Any bet without a confirmation is not considered valid. Bigwim reserves the right to void bets accepted at incorrect odds due to technical errors or system failures.

Odds & Changes

• The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final, unless a technical error is proven.
• Odds may change up until an event begins.
• In live betting, odds change in real time.
• Exploiting odds errors for unfair advantage will be treated as fraud.

Match abandoned or suspended

If an event does not start at the scheduled time or is abandoned midway, the affected bets will be settled in accordance with Bigwim's policy. For cricket matches where the Duckworth-Lewis method applies, Bigwim follows international standards.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (may vary depending on the payment method).
• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer.
• No transaction fees are charged on deposits.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account tier.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
• KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method used for the original deposit.

General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers on Bigwim are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant offer terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (generally between 3x and 10x).
• Validity: Bonuses not used within the specified number of days after claiming will expire.
• Multiple Bonuses at Once: Multiple active major bonuses cannot be held at the same time.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit the system to obtain bonuses unfairly will result in account closure.
• Referral Bonus: The referral bonus is only applicable when the referred user completes their first deposit.

Right to Cancel Bonuses

Bigwim reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion without prior notice. Any bonuses already claimed will retain their original terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bigwim and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
• Operating or assisting in the operation of multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or inside information.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any form of automation.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Placing hedge bets or applying arbitrage strategies against Bigwim.

Bigwim believes betting and gaming are a form of entertainment — not addiction. We are committed to safeguarding the mental and financial well-being of our users.

Self-Regulation Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Cap the total amount you bet within a set time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders of how long you have been playing.

Bigwim is not liable for the following:

• Service suspension due to government restrictions or changes in law.

In all circumstances, Bigwim's maximum liability to a user is limited to the user's current account balance.

At the User's Initiative

You may request account closure at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance before closure; however, any conditional bonus balance will be forfeited.

At Bigwim's discretion

Bigwim may close an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of terms.
• Evidence of fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.
